Note...this tea is pretty medicinal, meaning it wasn't necessarily made with your taste buds in mind! It's a little bitter, but the licorice adds a demulcent sweetness that adds good flavor and is super soothing for the throat. Honey is lovely for a sore throat if you'd like to add it.
Steep 2 heaping tsp per 8oz of boiling water and take up to 3 cups a day.
